We’re excited to announce something new for our active adult community!
Every Thursday at 11:00 AM, Hamilton Parc will host a weekly Silver Sneakers Zumba Gold class, exclusively for community members who are part of the Silver Sneakers program.
What is Zumba Gold?
Zumba Gold is a fun, low-impact dance fitness class designed specifically for older adults. Set to lively music and guided by a certified instructor, it’s a great way to stay active, improve balance, and enjoy social time with others.
